FEELings ?

I'm in yet another down spiral of thoughts and feelings.

20:35pm was when it all went south... Why?

I can't help but try to hold on to the little happiness I have, for a simple idiot can snatch it away without hesitation.

I am usually a happy camper, but as the time is nearing closer to my new adventure and journey, I can't help but look back at all the situations and people that made me milk out all I had in terms of friendship, mentor ship and otherwise to help them, at the time I was ot rather looked like the fool, but as I recently read 'karma does NOT negotiate!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT ever use people as a platform to vent out on, you never know how they are feeling at that moment in time, rather be kind at all times, to everyone around you.

Feelings... Are what we all have!!

True Friendship

True friendship isn't about being there when it's convenient; it's about being there when it's not.

That's the thing I have recently learnt not take friendship for granted.

Be the friend that makes someones day, give your friend a tight squeeze from time to time, a meaningful text in the morning, a little joke via bbm or whatsapp... JUST BE THERE!!

I want something, I want it bad, I want It now!!

They said, "Do not give up on something, you cannot go a day thinking about."

It is not easy taking a leap of faith, but I guess its the defining factor between an achiever and a super achiever.

So, I took that leap of faith, and I cannot simply look back, I am willing to do anything at this point... Is it healthy to over think about the future? Are my thoughts idealistic or too futuristic?

Well I want a better life for me and my family, and that's what drives me... I'm not asking for too much am I? ... How much is too much? How far am I willing to go?

You know that friend you never had a chance to talk too, yes remember them? Call her and tell how much she hurt you!

That thing you were meaning to tell someone, could very well be the 'talk' they need to change.

I believe that change is voluntary only when you think the time is right, the mind is a very powerful thing, yet the mouth can be the tool that is needed to activate some sort of change... Words' spoken are like a bullet that has been shot out of a gun, it can never be taken back.

My Blonde moment...?

I may be this, and I may be that... What I have also realized however is that I may never be my hair.

Now, I am a young black female and the subject of hair brings about some sadness in my life and possibly to my other fellow black people too.

But with that said I have come understand that my hair will not and has never made me the person that I am!

There are people with Leukemia and other types of Cancer related illnesses who cannot stop the fact that their hair might fall off at any given time!

So I proudly say from now on I will appreciate , give attention and show affection to my hair.
