You know that friend you never had a chance to talk too, yes remember them? Call her and tell how much she hurt you!
That thing you were meaning to tell someone, could very well be the 'talk' they need to change.
I believe that change is voluntary only when you think the time is right, the mind is a very powerful thing, yet the mouth can be the tool that is needed to activate some sort of change... Words' spoken are like a bullet that has been shot out of a gun, it can never be taken back.
Stop hurting, and crying, and having mental blocks or spirals of paranoia... Don't look back, take a stand for what you were put through.
You deserve some authentic happiness in your life, this is it, this is the time!
